The cosy holiday flat with two bedrooms, divided into a double room and a twin room. The flat has a nice eat-in kitchen with an open-plan living/dining area as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

They are also directly on the ski slope/cross-country ski run and in the immediate vicinity of the free sports bus and various shopping facilities. A good starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. (In the same house Sotmirana are also the holiday appartments No. 55 and 43)

For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable for the landlord and solvent. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severelly liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
