110 m2. Flere informationer hos udbyderen: BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Very modern 3.5 - room flat with small balcony in central and lake view. The stylishly furnished apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The living/dining area is open plan.
2nd floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 bedrooms with double beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. Very centrally located, close to the sports bus stop, shopping and sports shop, as well as various restaurants. (The holiday flat Kulm 2 is also in the same house).

The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
