70 m2. Flere informationer hos udbyderen: Our house Rubin lies in a quiet an sunny place at the beginning of the village. In the neighboring building Hotel Kristall-Saphir is the recreation zone with sauna, steam bath, tepidarium and fitness room, which can be used free of charge. The whirlpools and the massage offer are chargeable. In summer, the garden restaurant on the south side of the hotel invites you to linger. Children can also use the adjacent playground. You have the possibility to eat in the restaurant 1659 Kristall-Saphir or to book half board (breakfast and dinner). Our guests benefit from the inclusive guest card / SaastalCard. In summer all mountain cablecars up to 3000 m.a.s.l. and the buses are included and in winter the ski and buses. The bus stop Lehn is reachable in one minute (50 meters).

Living room with open kitchen, dining corner, 2 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony on both sides, south and est side, free WiFi. Lift in house Free access to the spa area and gym. You may also choose whether to eat 'at home', half board or à la carte . All apartments including visitor card: mountain railways and busses are included in summer and in winter the skibus and the bus.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Dog Fr. 10.- p.d The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen, household linen and towels, entry to the fitness and table tennis room as well as entry to the wellness area in the neighbouring Hotel Kristall-Saphir (sauna, steam bath, tepidarium free of charge, whirlpools (CHF 5.-/use). Car park CHF 5.- p.d. The apartments can also be booked with breakfast or half board. Meals are served in the Hotel Kristall-Saphir. In summer the use of the mountain railways in the Saas Valley/Saas-Fee up to 3000m as well as the Postbus is included.
