250 m2. Flere informationer hos udbyderen: This is a unique, beautifully renovated modern chalet covering over 250 meters squared. The chalet has successfully managed to maintain the charm and warmth of a more traditional chalet but with the benefits of modern living and high quality functionality and features (e.g. high quality furniture, sauna, modern kitchen, modern bath-rooms, under-floor heating throughout etc). Spread over 3 floors the chalet can comfortably sleep 10 persons with 4 double bedrooms all with double beds and one pull out double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor separated by a curtain system and with a separate lighting system. The chalet can sleep more if children are staying in the same room as their parents (i.e. one room has a double bunk-bed and two other rooms have a single mattress pull out bed). The chalet has three bathrooms (one bathroom with a bath and the rest with rainfall showers) – one bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom. The chalet has an old wood traditional finish and superb floor to ceiling windows to maximize light and mountain visibility. The chalet has a sauna, washing and drying facilities, a boot room with a separate entrance (heated boot storage and ski rack), large balcony, internal (living room) and external (balcony) fire place and a relaxing living area with a modern entertainment system (flatscreen TV, DVD and sound system). Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated oven and hobs, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine press and fondue set is also available. The dining table can be extended to accommodate 12 people and the kitchen has the benefit of a breakfast bar (2 seats). The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed in the chalet.

Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Saastalcard included. Final cleaning, bed linen and towel (except kitchen cleaning) included.
